Grill chicken


Marination 1:
Chicken - 4 ( leg pieces )
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp

Marination 2:
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - as required

Method :
1. Marinate the chicken with ingredients of marination 1 for 20 mins.
2. Make a paste of all the ingredients under marination 2 and apply it on chicken and keep it aside for 2 to 3 hrs.
3. Preheat grill for 5 mins.
4. Cook the chicken each side for about 20 mins.
5. Serve with pudina chutney.

Instant Ragi Dosa

Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 2 cups
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 big
Green chilli - 1
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - as required
Water - as required

Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Add water as we do for dosa batter.
3. Prepare dosa as we do it for normal dosa.
4. Serve with hot tomato chutney

Honey Chicken

For Deep frying chicken
1. Add little salt n sugar in half cup cold water.
2. Marinate chicken in it for 1.5 to 2 hrs...
3. Add ginger garlic paste,pepper powder,little oil. Leave it for 15mins..
4. Add 1/2 cup all purpose flour,1/4 cup corn flour, 1/8 baking powder.

Sauce dip
1. Ketchup
2. Honey
3. Soya sauce
4. Little chilli powder if required

Finally Saute chicken in this sauce
